𝙾𝚗𝚎 𝙾𝚏 𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝙼𝚘𝚜𝚝 𝙸𝚖𝚙𝚘𝚛𝚝𝚊𝚗𝚝 𝙲𝚘𝚗𝚌𝚎𝚙𝚝𝚜.... You Must Know Who It Is You Are Marketing To! Don't you want to increase your reach and potential sales? If so, you have to make sure you are talking to the "right" people. A lot of people call this their "avatar" which is like they create an imaginary person that has certain traits, likes certain things, and is seeking certain things.

I personally have not created an "avatar" per say but I do know who I am targeting. So for me as a social media marketing agency, I'm target small business owners who are struggling to find time for marketing through social or have not even started. I help them take the stresses off of figuring out what to post, when to post it, creating images around it, finding the right hashtags to use, how to add their post into stories, and engage with their followers. We all know by know with how successful social media is for business (if not, follow my pages and you will see!) so consistency is key! (I'm sure you here that phrase a lot but isn't it so true with anything!). I help small businesses have consistent and effective social media marketing (and blogging) which helps their spread their message with the world!

Ok not sure where to begin on finding your target audience? I got you covered.

Ways to target the right audience:

◻️Look at your current customer base if applicable- do they have something in common? ◻️Look at your competition- who are they trying to target and is it working? ◻️Choose specific demographics to target- location, gender, age, occupation, etc. ◻️Consider what this target audience enjoys such as hobbies and interests ✔️Once you got this solidified, now start talking 🗣️ to your target audience like you were speaking to them face to face and talk to their pain points. Help them to see that your product or service is exactly what they need!

Hope this helps you really dial in who it is you want to marketing to (talk to) and start implementing this in everything. When you are writing posts or blogs, talk to pain points of your ideal customer and speak to them like I know I've said before, like they are right in front of you and like you are having a conversation with your best friend!

Share with me below if you have figured out who your target audience (customer) is and how it's helping you!
