This step can NOT be skipped when it comes to your Business on Pinterest 😱
You have to have somewhere to lead the audience to that is STRONG💪! Don't skip this.
There is no sense in creating a Pinterest business account if you have nowhere to send them to after they click on the pin! 🤨
You MUST have one of the following or more than one if you can before you start pinning your product/service:
☑️Website- not just a website but one that is going to get them to stay and possibly purchase. A good landing page on your website is important 😉.....do they see a freebie to sign up for, information about what you offer, and the purchasing process?
☑️Email list- do you have one set up so once they click on the pin that they are interested in they can sign up straight up for your email list? It needs to be a one-step process- from pin to email list....not a 100 steps 🙄 (you'll lose them)
☑️Blog- not just a random page with words written down with no business purpose. You are always trying to relate to your audience and build that know, like, and trust factor and a blog is a great way for you to educate or share in that way...but don't forget to throw in a line or two that offers assistance if they are struggling with x,y,z or ask if they are needing help with x,y,z.
☑️Product/Service- do you have a way to take them straight to your product like a Shopify store, Etsy listing, shop listing, etc.? This is so IMPORTANT if you are e-commerce. Your pin should take them straight to the product! Even service-based businesses can take them straight to the area that describes services and how to sign up!
